Aviation projects consists of vertical and horizontal design. Project team budgets are fixed due to annual fiscal allocations, and client interaction. Planning for aviation architecture, engineering, and construction support services for expansion of the entire terminal, airside, and landside airfield. The need for improvements to airline gateways is frequent on the East Coast hub.

“As a whole, developed plans, elevations, schematic sketches, and construction documents provide clarity of  the project objective.”

Michael has provided general architectural and engineering services to the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), Office of Planning and Engineering. He has assisted in developing, maintaining and optimizing architectural models for operating retail/tenant use.  Architectural designers work closely with senior staff supporting design teams to construct clear document preparation. Michael has overseen the creation of drawings and renderings, and conducting research for the project team to ensure the overall design intent.  Production of graphic presentations and building study models were used to articulate performance calculations and basic analytical tasks for materials, and display technical guidance to junior staff.
